APC tapped out. A decision was reached at the party head quarters that the All People's Congress party [APC] will not be attending the Bintumani three conference schedule for the 3rd of May 2019. This will impact the value for holding the conference since the APC is the main opposition and most of the indifference is between the SLPP and the APC. Hon Sam Sumana also decline to chair the meeting.
