I am beginning to like the idea of Bintumani 3 after listening to the speech given by the president of the Sierra Leone Bar association Basita Michael. Sometimes the truth is hard to swallow but she appear to hit the nail on the head. Bintumani 3 is more like window-dressing and not really intended to address any of the underlying problems the country is facing.
